Siden Sai-Chiu Van producerede de første forårsruller i hans private kælder, og den første ordre kom fra en pølsevogn i Danmarks største forlystelsespark, Tivoli. Det var i 1960, og snart var der mange, der ville have fingrene i de sprøde forårsruller med friske råvarer og masser af smag.
